A very spiffy little shrub one might guess it's related to blueberries but it's actually a myrtaceae little true guavas. This evergreen shrub had thick little heart shaped leaves with a dense foliage. The plant is quite cold tolerant and should sustain Temps in the low 20s or teens. The fruits are excellent tasting, I called them bush skittles. The fruit was also a favorite of the queen of England and was made into a jam for her morning toast.
