Growing wild in river beds all up and down the state. Forms a 25 foot vine that is very drought and heat tolerant once established. The small fruits are extremely rich in flavor and nutrition compared to modern grapes which are much higher in sugar and low in vitalizing phytonutrients. A juice or wine made from these grapes is absolutely insane, like thick dark purple syrup.
